Swedish Massage
Swedish massage therapy is the most commonly offered massage with the primary goal being to decrease muscle pain and relax the body.
Through a series soothing, gliding strokes on your muscles that follow the direction of blood returning to your heart, your blood circulation will increase, and any kind of tension that your body is experiencing prior to the massage will be relieved.
At the end of your massage, you will likely notice that you will feel better mentally because massage therapy reduces emotional stress as well.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage uses many of the same stroking and kneading movements as Swedish massage, but there’s far more pressure used.
To reach the deeper muscles, applying more pressure and using special techniques with the fingers, hands, and maybe even elbows will to help get to that deep tissue.
This type of massage facilitates healing by releasing contracted areas of muscle and tissue. It can help increase blood flow to the soft tissues and may help to reduce inflammation and release chronic muscle tension.

Heated Himalayan Stone Massage
Himalayan salt crystals are anti-inflammatory. Contact with these stones can help reduce joint inflammation and also reduce any soreness, stiffness and pain in muscles. You are getting the benefits of a regular massage, along with several others.
The heat of the stones will help the muscles deepen their state of relaxation and tension relief while improving circulation.
